Join Daniel, Ame, and Alana for a 5-day adventure in blissful Northern California, complete with wine tastings and two yoga classes a day, all located on a magical, bohemian organic farm.

The Lotus Feed Farm in Occidental, CA is a full-fledged farm positioned on 108 acres of Sonoma coast. A bohemian dream, the center features an outdoor yoga deck overlooking the coastline, an indoor Bindu yoga yurt and gathering space, an 80 foot communal dining table, a pond, and gardens full of vegetables and medicinal plants. From the redwood, fir and oak forests, to the thoughtfully designed landscape, The Lotus Feed Retreat Center is enchanting to say the very least.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

Our mornings will start with meditation and a fiery yoga practice (maybe followed by a dip in the pond). You'll have most of the day to yourself with optional activities (medicine-making, hiking with a naturalist, and more) and wine tastings (on and off-campus). Evenings mean more yoga followed by an exceptional, true farm-to-table, organic, vegetarian dinner (the food is some of the best we've ever had - ever), hanging by the campfire, and stargazing.

ACCOMODATIONS

Accommodations vary from camping (indoor or outdoor) to bell tents to yurts. The yurts and common spaces have electricity and tents do not. There are outdoor showers among the trees (a fairy dream), charming indoor bathtubs, and bathrooms to share.

GETTING THERE

Plan to arrive Thursday and coordinate your own transportation to the retreat center (shuttle service can be arranged if you let us know in advance or you can rent a car). Our last day will include brunch so plan to depart in the early afternoon. Flights should be booked into any San Francisco or Santa Rosa airport. Once you start the drive to Occidental the cellular service can be dodgy so driving directions from the airports to the retreat center will be communicated in the days leading up to the retreat.
